Our office is a fast-paced, multi-physician, cardiology practice.
We are looking for a Patient Services Technician to join our team.
At least one year of medical office experience required.
Candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills, an eye for details, strong organizational skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have excellent patient relations; possess the ability to take directives from various levels and assume responsibility for assignments.
We do not require our team members to have the COVID-19 vaccine as our Practice is exempt from the CMS Vaccine Mandate.
Job description Medical office experience required (Minimum of 1 year).
Must be self motivated, accountable, dependable, organized and must possess strong ability to multi task.
Must possess adequate computer skills with the ability to efficiently navigate/utilize electronic medical records.
Bi lingual not required but preferred.
Duties include:
Work multiple phone lines, check patients in/out, ensure accurate medical records in charts, minimal insurance benefits/referrals/authorizations, scanning/indexing, managing multiple doctors' schedules, all other duties as assigned.
