The CSR functions as the liaison between sales, the client, and production.
Customer service communicates with all parties following the job through the production process ensuring an on-time, quality delivery.
Candidate must be timely, detail oriented, able to multi-task, manage time, prioritize, and work with a team.
Experience in the printing industry or project management is a plus but not required.

Duties Collect job specs and forward to estimating Convert estimate to job order Keep Sales Representatives and production updated on status of jobs Review and forward job proofs to customers Enter pertinent information - (Notes, Payment Information, Delivery Instructions) into computer system Track job through production Update sales and management of any schedule changes Press check when needed Job Type:
