Job DescriptionMARKETING COORDINATOR OVERVIEW SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT & CONTENT Capture engaging venue content on a regular basis for social media use and marketing use (including marketing requested content for upcoming promotions) Develop social media content calendar in Monday and post.
Post on stories everyday you're in venue Manage opportunities with social media influencers in the local community VENUE SIGNAGE Make sure all venue signage is reflective of all signage calendar in Monday.
Send assets to print when Necessary.
COMMUNITY
GRASSROOTS Establish and manage community relationships (Legends, Expo Center, etc.
) Attend a minimum of one community event/activation per week (have a pulse on local community happenings such as Chamber Events, etc.
) Adhere by brand activation standards and communicate any merchandise or coupons needed.
Provide KPI/tracking on the performance and impact of attending these events PROGRAMING Create the monthly programming calendar.
Handle all planning vendor connections, communication with venue staff and execution of programming events.
Report back to corporate marketing on event performance.
VENUE.
COMMUNICATION Make sure the staff is educated on promotions and offerings.
LOCAL ADVERTISING Identify and coordinate local advertising (High school programs, charity sponsors, etc.
) COMPENSATION BigShots Golf will provide the following:
Salary Base:
$16-$18/hr.
