Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hotel General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry.
The Hotel General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest satisfaction, staff management, financial performance, and property maintenance.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of department heads and staff to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety throughout the property.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive business and increase occupancy.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulations.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
