This role develops and manages project plans involving schools, primary care facilities, and other stakeholders until full implementation is achieved. The Department's mental health clinicians and trainees provide exceptional mental health care and conduct cutting edge research to discover and treat the underlying biological, psychological, and social/environmental causes of mental illness and brain diseases. bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education or experience and three years of related experience in project coordination and/or administration. Some of the responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Project Needs Works to determine project needs related to communication, referral, management of records, and coordination of services. Coordinates the purchase and installation and implementation of new project needs. Maintains database integrity, security, and accuracy in documenting. Coordinates project activities including communication, referral, management of records, and coordination of services. Coordinates multiple work streams to ensure cross- project dependencies and impacts are identified and managed. Reporting Prepares and disseminates reports and other related referral and marketing information to key stakeholders. Monitors and reports to project leadership on financial activity for assigned projects related to travel and project purchases. Coordinates with vendors and partners and others in the delivery and support for systems and services. Compliance Ensure compliance with applicable regulations including HIPAA and FERPA. Assists with forecasting and progress reporting against milestones, budgetary updates, and the change management process. What you need to know Work Location:
