We are a commercial real estate firm headquartered in Bryan, Texas. We offer comprehensive brokerage, development, management and advisory services throughout the state; specializing in retail, office, industrial, multifamily and hospitality sectors.
The Director of Multifamily Management Services will develop, coordinate, supervise and direct the management staff of the multifamily portfolio, reporting to the President & COO. This position will also develop, implement and monitor strategic operating plans for each asset managed by the company with the ultimate goal of maximizing the assets performance (income, cash flow and long term value) within the framework of the assets ownership group. This position assists in developing property pro-forma financials to evaluate the feasibility of a potential managed asset.
The Director of Multifamily Management Services is responsible for overseeing and/or leading all aspects of planning, preparation, procurement, supervision, maintenance, management and financial responsibilities of the multifamily operations. This includes vendor contracts and agreements, property budgets, asset management, staff management and payroll.
Onsite visits to assess general condition of the property and discuss items with management and maintenance staff will require weekly travel.
This position requires the ability to maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees; ability to follow oral and written instructions from executive management; a strong work ethic, self-motivation and the ability to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
Skills and
Experience:
o 5
years Real Estate experience in the Management, Operation, and/or Financial Assessment of Multifamily Housing
o Bachelor's degree required
o Ability to manage projects, deadlines and priorities
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
o Successful track record
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation &
Benefits:
o Salaried position requiring excess of 40 hours per week, as needed
o $70,000 - $80,000 annually, DOE

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
