Product Marketing Manager
Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and directing the product marketing content and go to market plan for On Center Software's solutions. The role is to synthesize market, customer, product and competitive inputs to drive the product level positioning and messaging. This role will include activities such as competitive analysis, product positioning to target personas, win/loss analysis and customer success documentation. The role will also include sales enablement activities such as the creation of sales tools and communication.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a software product marketing role and effective communication skills, both written and verbal. The candidate should excel at understanding the details and nuances of specific markets and ultimately the On Center Software solutions, and should be able to produce high-quality materials.

Job responsibilities critical to this role include:

Defines positioning and messaging for On Center Software products
Interaction with sales teams and product management to gather information for sales plays, lead sales play definition, and lead sales training on completed plays
Management of a repository of customer successes and information that can be filtered by sales play
Analyzes market research and customer research
Synthesizes market research to validate packaging, positioning, and pricing
Collaborates with Product Management to determine product growth strategies and drives product growth to reach revenue and market share targets
Leads development of comprehensive go to market plans
Works with sales management to ensure sales teams are trained on product offering, positioning and pricing
Works with the marketing programs organization to provide product offering, positioning and pricing information and training

Qualifications and requirements:
2 to 5 years in product marketing
Bachelor's degree required; Marketing, Business, or Economics preferred
Demonstrated ability in product messaging and positioning
Experience creating and executing detailed go to market plans and assets, sales play development preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal skills and proven ability to create marketing assets
Excellent communication skills, ability to present to customers, press and analysts
Experience in analyzing market research and customer research and incorporate in to product marketing initiatives
Demonstrated ability to be both strategic and hands-on

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
